There are never dull moments when you are with the whole Robertson Family! Last weekend we got to spend 3 days with the whole family (minus Tara we missed you of course). We enjoyed our 3 days at the Eggers cabin. We arrived late Thursday night. Most the kids were still awake, so Payton and Scarlett were very excited to see their cousins. Payton remembers his cousins now, but Scarlett is still a little unsure about everyone. We got to meet baby Cedar, and baby Raymond. We had already met baby Thomas, but it has been a few months since we have seen him.
Thomas, Cedar, and Raymond
(Thomas was born in December, and Cedar and Raymond were born in February)
I am not sure of their exact dates, but this is the order they were born in.
(Kevin and Liz's 5th, Ben and Jana 5th, John and Tracie 1st)
Scarlett of course had to bring her Dora and Boots!
Anytime Robertson's are together there is a lot of game playing going on. Even the kids try to get in on the games. Cali trying to play with Shannon, Tracy, John, and Kylee.
Grandma is the best. She set up a treasure hunt for all the grandkids. We first gathered them in a circle and explained the rules.
Listening to grandma explain the rules!
On your mark..get set...GO!
All the kids were off. Payton is getting so old. He no longer needs his mom and dad to hold his hand and help him. It's fun to watch him grow and become more independent all the time.
Aunt Tracie helped Scarlett find a bag!
Once Payton had already found his bag he went to help Scarlett. He is such a great big brother when he's happy and in a good mood! This actually happens more often than not. It's a good thing he is the oldest! He is so cute to watch with Scarlett. We just know he will be amazing with his new little sister once she comes.
They looked all over!
She found a bag in the tree! Not much excitement on her face, but she wasn't exactly sure what this paper bag was all about!

My STUD of a son! I just love this kid!!!
Once all the brown bags were found the kids took them back and put them in the bin. They each had a number. We went in order starting at 1 and each kid could either get a brown bag and open it or steal from a cousin that had already opened a brown bag.
Cali opening her brown bag!
Payton digging into his pocket to look at his number again! Deciding if he wanted to steal or take a brown bag!
Payton opening his bag to see what he got...He got squirt guns! He was very excited!!! He probably would not have been happy if someone had stolen them from him!
Scarlett opening her bag. She originally got a blow horn. She figured out how that worked and then it had to be taken away because it was too loud and annoying. She got a bag of candy instead and she was thrilled with that of course.
Basically most the kids wanted to open a brown bag. Eventually some of the older kids switched with the littler kids.
There were some disappointed kids at times, but over all I believe everyone was happy with their gift once we finished. The treasure hunt was a success. Thank you grandma for planning such a fun game for the grandkids!!!
(Jaydn with Sunny D, Olivia with capstick, Packer with a magnify glass, Carter with a puzzle)
Taylee was very excited about getting her Twix candy!
Payton convinced an aunt or uncle to help him fill the the water guns. They told him he was only allowed to squirt his dad. Payton came out of the house all excited and started shooting Josh. Payton thought it was the best thing ever!
(Josh is weird and wore his sister Shannon's snaggy since he was too lazy to go get his sweater shirt upstairs)
Josh and Payton went at it for a while. Payton thought it was the funniest thing ever! It was entertaining to watch!
They had this cord/rope thing stringed up between two trees. The point was to try and balance yourself and walk from one tree to the other. It was fun watching various people try. Scarlett of course wanted a turn. Aunt Shannon and Josh helped her across. She loved it!
