Christmas Morning

Christmas for us this year was not like all the rest. We had a quiet christmas this year. Josh had to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. My family wasn't going to be able to make it to California for christmas and we had decided to go and see Josh's family once Josh was done working for the week. So, all this meant that Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was just Payt and I during the day time.

Josh and I had decided in order for us to keep some of our family traditions on christmas we would celebrate christmas on the Tuesday before. Payt didn't know either way. We had a wonderful early christmas as a family. Payt loved his gifts from Santa and totally enjoyed opening his gifts from Josh and I.

Santa gave him these things.

He totally got opening all the presents. He loved the toys, but not the cloths so much.

This is one of my favorite traditions in my family. We always have christmas morning breakfast. So Josh and I made breakfast and we ended up having a lot of food left over of course. But it all turned really good.

This is Payt being silly. He had my christmas stocking on his head. He thought it was the funniest thing ever. (the red stuff on his nose is the fuzz from the stocking sticking to his snot nose)

Isn't he a cute- E!

He loves my foot massager that I got from Josh. The red lights indicate that the heat is on!

He loves his tool bench that he got from Santa.

Oakland Temple Trip

This past week we went and saw the temple lights in Oakland. We had a really nice time.

I think this picture isn't the best of any of us, but my son isn't really good at smiling for the camera, and I am just 7 months pregnant so thats my excuse.

The Temple is So BEAUTIFUL!

Our missionary Bro's

We couldn't be any prouder of our missionary brothers. Josh has his two youngest brothers on mission and my two youngest brothers are also on their mission. I only have pictures of my brothers though, cause his brothers are no good at e-mailing pictures to us. (hint, hint to them) But we still love them and are proud of them.
I just wanted to put a little post about our missionary brothers. Josh and I feel so blessed to have so many of our brothers all out at one time. They all work SO hard, and their letters are just amazing. They each are growing so much. We continue to love each of their e-mails and look forward to the time when they each will come home. We are most excited about each of them meeting our little girl for the first time, and for Payton to see them each again. When Brady left Payt was only 5 months and when Danny left he was only 8 months. So obviously Payt doesn't really remember them. But, luckily they both have watched him grow into a little boy through all my e-mails and blog posts. Next year is going to be an exciting time.

Brady will be home February 10, 2010 -in North Carolina-
Danny will be home May 11, 2010 (I think) -in Ecuador-
Sean will be home July 2011 (I think) -in Texas-
Josh will be home August 2011 (I think) - in Paraguay-

Stef and Dawsons visit

We have had a wonderful 4 days. My sister and her husband came from St. George to visit us since we wont be seeing each other over christmas this year. We all had such a wonderful time. Sunday we pretty much did nothing but rest and relax. Payton got used to his aunt and uncle and by Monday he was asking his Aunt Stef to do everything for him.  Monday we just shopped, baked, ate, and played a game. By Tuesday Payton was asking his uncle Dawson to even do somethings with him. He loved asking me, "where is it Stef or where is it Dawson?" He is so cute how he always asks "where is it" and then he says the thing/person he is looking for.  We got to go and have lunch with our grandma and spend some time with her. She is a very proud great grandma and Payt was so good with her. He was very helpful at carrying her cain for her.  He loves the dogs at her house. He loved playing with the dogs thats for sure. We then just ate, baked more, played some more games and watched a movie. By Wednesday Payton was totally loving both his aunt and uncle. He was used to them and wasn't afraid at all. The 4 of us went and got pedicures in the morning, while my friend watched Payton for us. It was so fun and relaxing. It is something the 4 of seem to enjoy doing when ever we are together.  We then ate some lunch and then had to say good-bye. We were very sad to see them leave.
I just love being with family. My sister and I have become so much closer in the last 3 years and I am so grateful for that. She is definitely my best friend. The 4 of us just get along so well, many times I wish we all lived a little bit closer. But I will just have to wish for that to happen some day. I love my sister and her husband so much and am so excited for 2010. It is going to be a year full of many fun and eventful things within the Cambra Family and the Robertson Family.
(if you want to know what they are you will just have to keep looking at my blog, I will be sure to post it all)
I am looking forward to it all and can't wait!!!

Payton loves his Handy Manny and tools he got from his aunt and uncle.

He totally figured out how to open presents finally.

Payton loved eating all the cookie dough after we got done making the cookies.

My son and his SUNGLASSES. He loves these. I had to get myself a new pair cause he thinks these are his and he wears them all the time while we are in the car.

Dawson was in-charge of entertaining Payton while we rolled out the sugar cookies and cut them.

We love you Stef and Daws! Thanks for coming and visiting us.
Payton keeps asking about you guys.

Oh Christmas Tree... Oh Christmas Tree...

Last Monday Josh, Payt and I went with some friends and cut down a tree. We drove about an hour and a half, but it didn't seem that long. We got the three boys into the car and our friend pulled his trailer so we could put our trees in once we got them. We had a really fun time. The boys really enjoyed running all around. It wasn't too cold at first, but it got cold in the shade after we were there for over 30 minutes. We were both able to find our favorite out of all the trees. We got to have some hot apple cider and enjoyed that. Over all we had a really good day!

Payt, Austin and Ryan

Our cute little family. Don't mind Austin on the side of Josh!

The owner was way nice. He let the little boys and Josh ride in the wagon out to the trees. The little boys really thought that was a lot of fun.

Payt was on the hunt for the best, and biggest tree he could find for our home.

After a while the hunt wasn't so fun, he was cold and didn't want to walk anymore.

THERE IT IS!!!!
THE BEST AND THE BIGGEST TREE EVER!

Payt got a second wind and figured out if he wore his hood and put his hands in his pockets he would be ok.

Our tress and the boys all done and ready to go back to the car.

The owner like I said was way nice. He cut little pieces for the kids and gave it to them so they could have their own christmas tress in their rooms if they wanted to. Payt thought it was pretty cool.

Our GIANT tree! Let me just say when Josh brought it in the house I thought what the heck did we buy. The tree is about 14 feet tall. I had to cut all around it just so the branches wouldn't hit the couch. We had to use our friends ladder so Josh could get the lights, star, and ornaments on at the top.

Our funny GIANT tree once it is all decked out. You can laugh if you want. My feelings wont be hurt. Its definitely not my favorite of all the trees we have had, but it has grown on me and has lots of character.

Payt was SO NOT excited to see Santa. We did get him on Santa's lap, but he is crying in the picture of course. Maybe next year will be better.

We were at Bass Pro Shop so long that Josh found a chair to watch some football on his phone and Payt fell asleep.

Payt had no desire to wake up.
