It's a miracle...

In just a few days Josh's youngest brother Sean will be coming home from his mission in Texas. He went out in February 2009. He was served an amazing mission. He has grown and changed a lot. We can't wait to see him!
Between our families ever brother has served a mission and so far 1 sister of Josh's has that is a total of 11 missionaries between the two families. I just can't believe how blessed we are to come from such amazing families!
This post is definitely different than the post I put about my brother and I apologise for that. I don't have any missionary pictures of Sean cause I have never received any. I had to put some pictures so I found some old ones of Sean. I hope you enjoy. I think they are funny and bring back a lot of fun memories for me and the whole family!
I met Sean when he was 13 years old. He has a twin sister named Shannon. They were so young when I met them. Many times Sean and I would wrestle. He was smaller than me and not strong (hehe)! It was quite fun!
This picture was taken when the family came out to visit Josh and I in Idaho that first year we were married. Sean is the little kid in the back!
Shannon and Sean at the parents house! I am guess this was taken when he was a Junior in high school, I am not sure though.
The Robertson brothers at Lake Tahoe back in 2007. Sean is the one in the red shirt!
This was the last Robertson Family picture taken before Brady and Sean went and served missions. The family has grown and changed so much in those past 4 years! Many grand kids  have been add to the family (I think 6) and 1 brother in law as joined the family.
We are SO EXCITED to be able to get the whole family together again in just a few short weeks! We love you Sean!!!

July 4th

Monday afternoon we headed home from the cabin, unpacked, showered, and then headed over to your friends house the Toutais for some dinner and fireworks.
Scarlett holding her first sparkler ever! Very brave girl!
Payton the sparkler king! One for each hand makes it even better!
Happy 4th of July from Scarlett!
Josh and Payton getting everything ready to set off the rest of the fireworks that we had purchased.
Sparkler fun all throughout the night. I think we alone had just over 60 sparklers! Payton loved it! He also enjoyed most the fireworks but didn't like the ones that sounded like a whistle.

Happy 4th of July from Payton!
The best picture I could get of these two munchkins of mine.
Watching the fireworks out on the street!
More Sparkler fun!
All-in-All we had an amazing 4th of July! The fireworks were a blast, the company was fun, the food was delicious and being able to celebrate our countries birthday is always good!

Sunday that one day, thats different than all the rest!

Sunday at the cabin was amazing!
After breakfast was over Unlce Michael found a caterpillar right out side the door and he showed Payton. Payton carried that caterpillar around for quite a while.
He loved putting it on everyone and letting it crawl around. This is the caterpillar crawling around on Josh's leg.
He then put in Uncle Joel's back! Payton loved playing with that little caterpillar. Scarlett thought it was pretty neat also, but didn't get to hold it.
Since we were not able to make it to church that Sunday we had our own little family meeting. It was very nice. We each shared either a story that we enjoyed or we shared some thoughts and feelings we were having and bore our testimonies. Everyone shared some amazing things. Josh and I both really loved this little meeting. It was a very emotional and spiritual meeting. We felt like it was a very bonding experience  for each of us that were there. It's just so amazing to share experiences like these with our families.
After we were done the kids ate some snacks and acted silly.
Maddy, Payton and Olivia
Goofy little kids!
While the kids were being silly a deer decided to come up towards the deck.
The kids loved it! They went and got some rolls and started feeding the deer.
Feeding the deer!
Mom decided that the adults all needed to have a little adult game of "take 2". The twist to the game was we had to use words out of the scriptures. I don't think the game went exactly as mom had thought it would be, but we each had a lot of fun.
Scarlett and Ella playing the fishing game together.
Later that day the deer came back and all the kids loved it. They got tons of rolls and were feeding the deer like crazy! Scarlett just loved seeing the deer.
Ella, Maddy, Scar, Payt, Olivia
Ella, Jaydn, Scar, Payt, Olivia
We couldn't believe how close the deer came up to the deck.
Once it got dark Uncle Joel and Brady pulled out their GIANT sparklers. The kids were a little nervous, but loved it by the end.
Scarlett just sat with Mal and watched the kids playing with the sparklers.
Sunday was a very nice relaxing day. Josh and I both loved being able to go up to the cabin for some weekend fun with the family. Payton and Scarlett both loved it so much. It was very nice to have the kids all play super good with each other. They just loved the freedom they had to go between the two cabins. We are so lucky to have such amazing family!

Saturday at the Lake

Over the 4th of July weekend we were able to go up to Josh's sisters cabin. We got to enjoy the weekend with family! Friday night we drove up and just hung out, played, and talked. Saturday was such a beautiful day so we headed to the lake for some fun in te sun!
We loaded up the cars and got all the seats figured out. Payton and his cousins love to pick which cars they are going to ride in and with who. It's very cute how excited they get to ride in each others cars with each other.
Scarlett and Ella being so stinken cute while waiting for everyone to get in the cars and go.
Once we got to the lake we unloaded everything and headed straight for the water. Unlce Brady took Maddy, Ella, and Olivia for a ride in the kayak.
Uncle Joel took Payton and Jaydn out on the other kayak. The kids all loved the kayak's!
Scarlett and Josh went out on our little blow up raft. Scarlett could careless about what she was in as long as she was out in the water.
                                                                               Adorable!
Kevin and Liz brought their inflatable raft and took Shannon and Kelsey out for the first ride!
Grandma walked with Scarlett in the water. Scarlett loved the water! She loves just about everything!
Uncle Michael decided to take the little raft out! It was quite entertaining.
Aunt Kelsey, Olivia, and Aunt Shannon
Maddy being a very brave girl standing out in the lake on a big rock.
Lots of peeps out on the rafts, and kayaks.
Uncle Brady out on the lake standing on a tall rock.
Scarlett and Aunt Shannon relaxing on some rocks!
The day at the lake was amazing. The weather was perfect! The water was quite a bit cold,  but Mal just got too hot and had to go get in the water. It took her a good 20 minutes to finally get completely in. Even then it was still very cold and her feet hurt so bad. It was worth it though!
Ella and Scarlett sharing a chair while they eat some lunch.
Kevin and Ella fishing!
Josh getting his fishing pole all set up.
Payton has decided that he really likes fishing. He was so excited when he and Josh went and bought some fishing poles. That Saturday was a free fishing day. There were not any fish, but the kids still enjoyed the idea of fishing.
Mal decided to be the best mom ever and took both Payton and Scarlett out on the kayak.
While Uncle Michael was out on the raft he dropped one of the paddles in the lake. Kevin and Liz took one kayak out and Brady took another out in search of the paddle.
While they searched for the paddle Olivia, Scarlett and Mal sat on this really warm rock!
While on the rock Scarlett ate a nasty old sandwhich that she had dropped in the dirt during lunch. It was really yucky to watch, but she enjoyed it!
Jaydn learned really fast how to paddle the kayak's around. He was so good at it! Payton loved riding around in the kayaks. These cute little kids just loved being at the lake and floating all around with any adult that would take them out.
Uncle Brady was the brave one to dive down into the cold water and get the paddle.
The paddle was successfully found. Brave unlce Brady. It was very much appreciate though!
It was a wonderful Saturday out in the sun with family.
