When we were in Oroville about two weeks ago, we got to all go to Table Mountain. The weather was beautiful. We had such a wonderful time. The kids all did a great job. They wore there rain boots so their shoes wouldn't get all muddy. They were troopers hiking all over. Their favorite part was catching the salamanders. I personally wont touch those things but the kids did!
The family that was all in town.
The men thinking they are cool. We just let me think that!
The beautiful woman!
Walking to find the salamanders
Jaydn was so NOT afraid of the salamanders. He would try and catch them himself and he did at times.
Payton wasn't too thrilled initially, but he finally did touch one and tried to hold it.
If you can tell Paytons face looks a little disgusted cause the salamander is on him I am sure.
This was a sweet spot for finding salamanders.
Aren't Josh's parents so cute? I am so lucky to have such wonderful in-laws, that make me feel so loved and a part of the family.
We all had to hike down this steep part to get to the bottom of the waterfall. Luckily no one go hurt at all.
This is from the top looking down to where we were headed.
Brady, Tracy, and Kelsey. Brady is so strong! HEHE!
Payton enjoyed playing with the sticks he found.
We found a different way up that was a little easier in some ways, but I have to say my calfs were burning.
You can see the waterfall in the background. We hiked all the way down and then back up. Being 8.5 months pregnant actually didn't make it too difficult. It was a good work out
Heading back he saw cows and the kids wanted to get close to them, but they kept moving farther and farther away from us.
This is the beautiful view we got to see when we were heading back to the cars. Being out in nature is just so amazing to me sometimes The beauty that our Father in Heaven has created for us is just so miraculous.
