Cuteness & Visit from Grandpa

Once again I am way behind on my blogging. So my goal is to get all caught up this week. This post is over a month old, but I have to post the pictures they are just too cute!
This is every day life for us. The kids seem to do whatever. They make big messes all over, wrestle, play, and cry.
Scar thinks she is such a big girl! Really though SHE IS!!
I try and get Payt to ride is bike more and more, but it doesn't always work
We have had a few really nice days so I was able to get the kids outside and they loved playing with chalk.
When I vacuum I put the kids chairs up on the couch. Well I did this one day and Scar thought it was so fun to get up on the couch and play on the chair.
She is just very cute and crazy!
Its so nice that she knows how to get off the couch all by herself.
She is such a big walker. She walks all over.
So my dad got to come and visit us for a day. He had a working meeting here in California so he came to our place for a day. The kids really enjoyed having him here. We love then we have family come and visit.
Payton enjoyed all the personal attention he got from grandpa. I love that he got my dad to sit with him at his little table.
Grandpa with Payton and Scarlett. Very cute!

Frisbee Golf

Last Monday we got to spend the day together as a family. With Josh's new schedule he now gets all the holidays off. So he got Martin Luther King Day off. It was really nice. Since he gave me frisbee's for my birthday we decided to go and play a little frisbee golf. We went to a local coarse near our home and had a blast. We just packed the kids into the jogging stroller, bundled us all up and went. Payton was in and out of the stroller the whole time, but Scarlett did a really good job of staying in the stroller. She was pretty tired that day so she just relaxed and enjoyed the ride.
Right before we started!
Even though it was a little cold out it was still BEAUTIFUL. Looking at these pictures now makes me feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful place. Heavenly Father created such an amazing beautiful world!
Payton, Josh and I played. Josh beat us both of course. Payton just loved being free and being able to throw the frisbee when he wanted.
These are what you are trying to get your frisbees into. The hardest thing for me is I just can't throw the frisbees very hard so I would throw 2 times just to get to Josh's first throw.
Nice form!!!
I have no form!!! I wore gloves and would just throw!
Payton loving the game!
Scarlett just relaxing!

I have this thing of trying to take a picture of myself. I feel like since I am the one always taking the pictures that there are never any of me. Unlike most people I like getting my picture taken!
We are both just so amazing at frisbee golf! Oh wait I am really not any good. It's still super fun though.
I love this picture of Scarlett. What a grumpy face!
I think this is so cute of Payton with both his thumbs up

Obviously I got enough pictures of myself. I just love my hat! I got it from my brother in law for christmas. Its is warm!!!
We are SO cute!
Our big walking girly!!!
I just adore this little girl so much. She is SO cute!
She loves to open the cupboards and peek around to see if we are going to tell her no. What a little stinker.

Kiddos & Mal's BIRTHDAY!

As I sit here and continue to work on catching up I see all the random pictures I have taken of my kids being cute. So I just have to post them.
Scarlett just passed out on the ground one night.
Scarlett! She's a silly girl
Payton in the basket. This is their favorite game. Pull the baskets out and pull them apart, then climb into them.
Even though they have their own chairs doesn't mean they sit in their own. They are both happy as long as they each have there own. This was taken one morning right after we got up. Payton with his warm chocolate milk and Scarlett with her bottle. They are funny!
My birthday was almost 2 weeks ago. Thats weird that it has already been that long. I feel like I just celebrated it yesterday. Anyways... Josh worked all day, but then came home with chinese and made me a cake. The kids seemed to be really happy that day and Payton just wanted me to cuddle with him a ton. I had two friends come and visit and bring a little something special so that of course made my day. I also got flowers from my parents and from Josh. What more could I ask for.  It was a very nice day.
Josh and Payton getting the cake ready. Payton instead that the Birthday sign be put up. Then I had mentioned that hats and he really wanted up as to ear them.
I got some good presents.
Josh got me slippers, and frisbees for frisbee golf. I also got to go and buy a camera with a gift card that I had.
We played a little bit of frisbee golf in the house and used the kids chairs at the goal to get them into. Scarlett wasn't much help cause she just wanted to sit in her chair.
After playing for a little bit we had the cake.
Payton was a big helper at blowing out the candles.

This was mu beautiful cake that Josh had made for me. It didn't come out perfect but it tasted good. I appreciated the effort.
More cute and random pictures of my kids.

I guess I should probably mention that Scarlett is now REALLY walking. She took her first few steps at 9 and a half months and over this last month has been perfecting the walking. She is such a big girl! I can't believe she walks. She seems too young, but I guess she's not.
Payton being a goof!
Scarlett scopen out Payton's cup trying to figure out how she is going to steal it from him. She loves any and all sippy cups!
This is her at 10 and a half months!

Adorable!
Once again in the morning with their drinks while watching TV. I just love these guys and feel very blessed to have them in my life. Josh and the kids make me feel so loved and special. I appreciate them and all my friends for such an amazing birthday.
