Fun Times

Payton fills our lives with so many laughs every day. He is such a little goof. This week we have been working hard on painting our family room and kitchen. Our house has been a disaster, but we have managed to deal with it.  Payton loves to try and help, but he just gets in the way. These are just some pictures that are cute of him. You will have to wait to see all the painting pictures until we are done.

He likes wearing hates for about 5 minutes and then he is done

I watched my friends boys on Tuesday. Ryan would sit in Payton's chair so he figured he would just sit on his lap.

What a ham!

He likes Ramon

He loves the cards that play music when you open them.

Birthday / Life Update

This week started off a mess to begin with. We found out Monday that a friend of mine wasn't going to be able to watch Payton because her kids had hand-foot-mouth disease. That didn't complicate things too much because then I just called my other friend and we got things figured out to help each other out.  Tuesday we all got up went to breakfast, did some shopping and celebrated my birthday. It was a nice morning. About 5 minutes before Josh was going to leave for work we noticed on Payton's hands and feet that he had little red spots all over. We both just knew he must have gotten the same disease as my friends boys. I had to hurry and call my work and inform them of my situation now. I realized my friend was not going to be able to watch Payton now since he is sick.
The hand-foot-mouth disease is very contagious and last for about a week. It's just a virus and will go away soon. So in the mean time Payton and I just get to hang out at home. I don't want any other kids to get sick. It's only been a day and a half and I am already SO bored.
These are  just some fun pictures from last week and my birthday!

GREAT NEWS!

Happy New Years to us. Josh and I found out New Years Eve from the doctor that he does NOT need surgery. He didn't tare his ACL. He tore his MCL and PCL, but the doctor says they don't do surgery on those and that they will heal over time. Josh was told it will take a good 6 months before it is completely better. But, he will be able to move normal in a month or so pain free. He has to do some physical therapy which is no big deal. We were both so excited.
It's times like these that you realize the Lord is watching over you and He does answer your prayers. We feel so blessed and are so grateful to be members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.
