Utah Part 1

Most people wouldn't take a 12 hour drive to Utah after having a baby 4 weeks before! BUT, I had to go. My brother Josh was getting married. We began our 10 day vacation in the car. We got into Jana and Ben's house about 5:30am. We got a little bit of sleep.
We woke up to this snow. Our kids were very excited!
We played most the morning with cousins before heading out to visit more family.
We met Joel and Megan's son Gus
By mid day the snow had melted away and the kids were able to play outside with their cousins.
Cedar, Rosie, Mckinley and Raymond had a little photo shoot with baby Gus and baby Laynie.
Danny and Jacie came over with Livi to visit for a little bit. It's nice because they live close to Jana and Ben's house.
Friday we met up with my family at Danny and Jacie's place so we could all head up to Logan for the wedding for the weekend. Scarlett and Sofia were very excited to see each other.
We got up to Logan and gathered again at the Hotel. Tana came and met us all. The girls headed out for dinner with Tana. We had a fun time getting to know her a little better. We came back got all the kids to sleep and the men went out with Josh. We painted our toes, chatted, laughed and snuggled Laynie.

The kids did a little bit of swimming before the wedding.
Josh and Tana!

Sofia, Scarlett and Olivia
 Stockton, Payton and Hinckley
Everyone that came to celebrate on wedding of Josh and Tana

Wedding's are always so rough for kids! Non of these kids want to be taking pictures.
Josh and Tana with all their Cambra Nieces and Nephews.
Brother and sisterly love! So fun to have each of us married now. We have gone from 5 to 10. I sure do love my family!

We enjoyed the wedding and headed back to Jana and Ben's house for a day before going to Elmo to continue on with our Utah vacation.
We enjoyed visiting more with Megan and Joel and Gus and cousins.
We chatted with Brady and Monique also.
Josh ended up getting the flu of some type, which then Mckinley got a few hours after him, which then Payton got a few hours after her.

I loaded up my sick family Monday morning and we headed out to my parents house in Elmo.
Laynie did lots of sleeping, but was a very good little traveler.
I sat on the porch and enjoyed the peacefulness that comes when I'm at my parents house.

Scarlett ended up getting sick also. So the first two days we sat around because everyone was sick except Laynie and I. I was so glad she and I didn't get sick. The last thing I needed was a 5 week old sick with the flu.
Josh was feeling a little better so he and I left the kids with my parents and ran to the store. We got the kids each a  new pair of pajamas since they had been so sick. It really wasn't fun to see Josh, Payton, Scarlett, Mckinley, my mom and dad all sick with the flu.
We ventured out to the park one day, but no one really had much energy to play or really do anything. It was kind of pathetic.
We went to my parents friends house and saw their horses. The kids enjoyed that.

It was a little windy so the hay kept blowing in the kids faces so they wore sunglasses to help it not bother their eyes.
I for see many teenage pictures of Scarlett just like this one!
We enjoyed our last evening in Elmo with grandma and grandpa and then headed to St. George to be with Stef and her family.
