Thanksgiving 2013

This year we spent thanksgiving break half in Hollister and half at home. We were able to be with lots of members of Josh's family.
Thomas and Mckinley are 6 months apart. He always wants to just hug her and she doesn't always love it.
We played lots of sports as a family.
The kids loved being able to be out there and play with us adults.
I think having such a large family is awesome because you always have enough people for two teams.
I personally don't love flag football, so I sat on the side lines with mom and the babies. Mckinley also wanted nothing to do with anyone but me or Josh. I fell bad not letting Josh play so I am willing to pass.

Thanksgiving dinner coming together!
I am always the one taking pictures so I try and capture me once and a while.
The food is ready and everyone was hungry to eat!
Thomas and Mckinley waiting for their food
Payton, Maddie, Ella, Olivia, Carter and Jaydn enjoying their food!
Camden sitting with the babies. He's such a great cousin. He loves the babies!
Another fun day out on the fields playing more flag football, ultimate frisbee, and soccer. The weather was amazing!

Friday night we headed back up to our house and did our Saturday traditions. We took the kids to the Bass Pro Shop and Saw Santa!
Grandma and Grandpa Robertson/Ella and Scarlett
Cute cousins!
The best picture we could get to document us being there as a family.
Dad, Kevin, Michael, Brady, Sean and Josh, silly brothers and dad!
Enjoying the giant fish tank
Sitting in line wait to see santa. Thomas and Mckinley playing in the books!
By Sunday late afternoon the family was all gone and the kids were worn out! The passed out on the couch. Payton all snuggled up!
Mckinley crashed on my lap.
Scarlett fought the urge of sleep and just snuggled with me.
We each had a wonderful time. We loved playing games, shopping, eating, talking and just being family! It's a blessing that we all love each other so much and love being together.

3 Weeks in Review

I honestly don't know where the month of November went. I must have been busy, but honestly I am not sure with what. This time of year just fly's by! Nothing too excited happened over the last few weeks. Payton had school, the girls and I did our normal daily things. I try and take pictures every so often so I can document my kids and the life they live.
Playing football and basketball has been a knew hobby in our home. The kids love to toss the football and always want to go play basketball out in the garage. Mckinley is just growing each day. Her hair is growing and looks super funny when we take her pony's out.
Scarlett and Payton both love being the boss of each game. It's a constant fight with them.

Mckinley's personality is showing more and more. She definitely teases her brother and sister. She can't talk, but when they want her to do something she understands and purposely doesn't do it. She's a stinker, but super cute!
Scarlett can officially ride her bike all by herself. She loves to show anyone and everyone that will watch her. She tells people all the time. She's very proud of herself.
LOVE these two cute little girls!
Payton received a late birthday present in the mail and he was thrilled!!!
Since Payton goes to school every day all day I get to spend a lot of time with these two little girls. They really are good with each other.

Scarlett will never stop being my little princess. She is such a little goof. She loves jewelry, dressing up, make-up, singing, dancing, and just being a princess.
Payton is our stud! He is growing up into a boy and isn't a little boy anymore. He learns a lot from school and some of the things he says or does we ask him where he learned that. It's always from school. He is such a wonderful brother to his little sisters. He adores them both, even if at times he says Mckinley is his favorite. (we know this is because she doesn't yell at him or bug him the same way Scarlett does) Just give her a year and he will feel the same about them both.
The kids had been begging me all week to take them to play tennis and basketball at the park. We finally went as a family on a Saturday.
The weather was beautiful and the kids had a blast!

Scarlett dropped her dads ipad on the tile floor and cracked the screen really bad. I had her make a note for him. I wrote it out in pencil and she traced it with a purple crayon. I was very surprised at how well she traced it. She is always learning knew things!
We had our first real rainy day a while back. The kids loved it! I loved it also!

Mckinley loved playing outside. She didn't really go into the rain, but she played under the patio covering.

Rain gear is just the best!
Sundays are always a day of relaxation for Josh and I. I love that I do nothing! The kids on the other hand seem to get wild and silly on Sundays.

Lastly I just love sleeping pictures of my kids. They just look so peaceful and calm. All three of them really are a blessing in our lives and we love them to pieces.
