Cambra Family in CA

Our last hurray before summer ends and school life begins was having the entire Cambra family come to California and visit.
To start the vacation my sister and her family came first and brought my brother Josh. They came 4 days before everyone else. We enjoyed spending time with them and having some time with just baby Stockton.
He is so stinken cute! He's 6 weeks old.
One of the days we headed over to the splash pad park by our house and the kids ran around and played and had a blast.

Payton and Uncle Josh had a blast getting each other. Payton loves the little girls, but loves the attention from his uncles and aunts more.

Uncle Josh with Mckinley and Stockton
The many faces of Stockton!

Patyon, Scarlett and Sofia slept in a fort one night together.
We were able to visit with the kids Great Grandma Tani.
Scarlett licking the red velvet cake batter bowl!
Friday morning grandma and grandma Cambra showed up and so did Jared, Ashley, Ada and Hinckley. The kids of course instantly gather around grandma and wait for their gift from her and grandpa. You would have thought it was christmas or something. Spoiled kids!
Mckinley loving on the babies!
Now that Hinckley was at our house she had to make sure he got loves from her.
Danny, Jacie and Olivia showed up about lunch time and then we headed out to go spend the afternoon with the kids great grandma Sam.
Olivia, Stockton, and Hinckley
We showed up at her house and instantly took over. Our family of 7 has quickly grown to the family of 19 really fast. I know my grandma was over come with the joy of having us all in her house. This was the first time she met all these cute little babies. She also spoiled her great grandkids and had boughten them all good bags with treats inside. The kids LOVED IT!
I just LOVE that my kids know both my grandmas. The are both amazing women in my life and I love them to pieces. They have always been a huge part of my life. I remember as a kid spending lots of time at both their homes while my parents worked. The both have taught me a ton and it's truly a blessing to still have them in my life. I love them both!
After spending the afternoon with grandma Sam we headed out the Modesto Nuts baseball game.
It was perfect weather not too cold and not too hot!
Families are the best!

Hinckley being as cute as ever. He's almost 8 weeks here.
After the game was over we watched the fireworks show which was REALLY good. We were all very pleasantly surprised. Hinckley even enjoyed them. After the fireworks any kid that was younger that 16 was able to go run the bases on the field. Ada, Payton, Scarlett, and Sofia went out and got in line.
Sofia, Scarlett, Payton and Ada
Sofia and Scarlett were pretty clueless. Ada and Payton did their best to help guide them. Sofia missed home base and headed back towards first. It was very funny to watch. A worker had to catch her and guide her back in the right direction. She ended up being scared because of the stranger, but it was very entertaining to say the least.
We were able to have one whole day with just the 19 of us. We headed out to Lake Camanche for the day. We had such a fun time. The kids were able to just swim! The water was a prefect temperature.
Josh swimming with Scarlett, Payton and Ada.

Payton, Scarlett and Sofia were in the water just about the whole day. Ada would come and go but they each had so much fun swimming around and being able to be independent since the water stayed shallow quite a ways out.
Olivia's first experience in lake water. She wasn't sure what to think.
Mckniley spent a lot of time on the shore line. She doesn't love the water that much.
Stockton's first time ever in lake water and he didn't love it!
My brother Jared with his beautiful wife Ashley and their cute kids Ada and Hinckley. Hinckley quite enjoyed his first time in lake water. The day at Lake Camanche was a success!
Scarlett trying to be such a good little helper! This is bad but I'm not 100% sure if that's Hinckley or Stockton. I want to say it's Hinckley.
The whole Cambra Family with my dad's mom Agnes. This picture brings a lot of comfort and piece in my heart. I just love my family and can not believe how quickly it is changing and growing all the time.   It is truly a blessing to know that we are an eternal family! I love them all!
This picture is with my Grandma Tani (Cambra) and her two sons (Daniel my dad, and his brother Michael) and their kids, and their kids kids. That is 4 generations! Pretty amazing!
Michael is married to Linda. Jonathan is Michaels son and Linda's step son.  Jonathan's real mom is Donna.  Jonathan is married to Julie and they have a son named Michael. Michael and Linda had Joseph. Joseph brought his girl friend of 2 years.

Another day we were able to go to my dad's family reunion. It's the Mendonca family which is my grandma and her siblings and all their generations of kids. Its a fun group and we enjoy being able to know each other. My grandma is the only one left of her siblings but their kids all still come. It's fun.
My grandma Tani with ALL her great grandkids. Its a lot of babies right now. It goes Ada (6), Payton (5), Scarlett (3), Sofia (3), Mckinley (1), Olivia (4 mo), Hinckley (2 mo), Michael (2 mo), Stockton (2mo) We enjoyed the family reunion and had a good time visiting with everyone. See you all again in two years, even you grandma!
Mom, dad, Jared and his family all left late Sunday night, and Stef her family left with brother Josh early monday morning. We then were able to spend a few days with Danny, Jacie and Olivia.
Olivia is just a doll. I love her bald, round head. She reminds me a lot of Scarlett expect when she squeals. Scarlett didn't do that.
Mckinley has never been a pacifier baby, but she loved taking the babies pacifiers and putting them in her mouth. She thought she was pretty funny!
Danny and Jacie went to the San Francisco for the day so Josh and I went and took the kids out their to meet them once Josh was done working. We met them at pier 39 and walked around for a little while before we headed over to the Giants baseball game.
Mckinley enjoyed sitting on  Uncle Danny's shoulders and pulling his hair.
Olivia was quite happy just sitting in the stroller.
All ready for the Giants game!
Danny was able to find us sweet seats for cheap. The kids were so excited.
Danny and Jacie. Olivia was having a short nap.
Entertaining the babies while the game is happening!
Sporting the Giants stickers!
Before Danny and Jacie had to leave I was able to spend a little bit of time with just Olivia while they went and ran an errand.
Mckinley enjoyed playing pick-a-bo with Olivia! Then sadly they had to leave. Then it was back to just our family. The house was thrashed (its expected) and we were all beat! (too many late nights) We had an amazing 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it!
That night Scarlett dropped the stool on her toe and it was bleeding everywhere. Josh was almost home and I was trying to help calm her down. I had her sitting on the counter and put her foot in cold water to help wash it off. I then began feeling super hot and sick and new what was happening. I called Josh and asked where he was and I told him to quickly get home because Scarlett hurt her toe and I was feeling very faint. I just leaned on her and the counter and kept trying to breath and fan myself with a paper. I'm sure I was ghostly white. Scarlett was still crying out of control and I couldn't do much but rub her arm. She kept telling me to put my head up and hold her but I just could not. I think she was a little scared. Payton was a trooper and helped when I asked. Josh finally got home probably 2 minutes after I called him, but it felt like at least 10 minutes. The whole time I was praying that I wouldn't pass out and that Josh would get home fast. He walked in the door, came over to Scarlett and I went and laid on the ground. It took me a while to finally feel better. Josh took care of Scarlett but she cried for a long time. I was finally able to tell him what happened. It was a little scary, but not that bad. We survived! Her toe is still nasty and I'm sure the nail is going to fall off eventually. We keep it bandage up since it's still very sensitive. She re-hurt it last night at a friends house and it bled again. I didn't even get close this time. Its a good thing its summer since she can only wear flip flops.
Well that has been our life for the last 2 weeks. Payton starts 1st grade on Wednesday and we will begin a new chapter in our life. Looking forward to some normalcy.

Time just wont stop!

Mckinley cracks us up. She has such a personality when she wants to show it. She has a tendency to be very shy and clingy to mom when people she doesn't  know are around. But she is usually ok after a while as long as no one touches her. She laughs at herself a lot for no reason. She is just growing too fast!
Silly faces!
Mckinley was very into helping her dad out with changing the breaks on his car. He said she would grab a tool and just bring it to him. She thought she was super helpful.
When she was in his face she was sitting in this chair just watching him. She definitely loves her dad and likes to be a part of everything.
Saturday evening we decided to take the kids to the Stanislaus County Fair with our friends the Toutai's. The drive there was quiet since the kids fell asleep.
Scarlett and Mapuana looking at the little pony.
Scarlett, Mo, Payton and Viliami walking across the bridge.  I think it's cute the Mo is giving a wave with is hat.
Payton is such a goof. He is always making crazy, silly faces.
We got Lo to try the mechanical bull. It was fun to watch and I think he enjoyed it.
Spectators!
Payton not so into it.
Josh pretending it's amazing. At this point it was just super hot outside and we were done. We were not even at the fair for very long. The kids were just done!
We watched Mo on the mechanical bull and then we ended the night!
On the way out we snapped a picture of Josh and I! We did enjoy the evening, but it was too hot!
Scarlett's first time actually having her teeth cleaned at the dentist. She did such a great job!
My silly kids!
Mckinley's look after waking up. One day I was upstairs getting ready for the day and when I came down I found Payton and Mckinley just like this. He said she just climbed up on him and fell asleep. Super Sweet! She loves Payton!
Im not sure what the deal is lately, but we are not animal people and we keep finding animals by our house. One day this little white kitten showed up. We gave it milk for a couple days then it was gone. We hope someone took it and is keeping it as a pet.
Mckinley blowing in the horn and making noise, the kids playing on the iPad and being crazy on the couch!
Scarlett is such a girl and loves to do hair and makeup. She is getting a little better.
The kids had been wanting to see Dispicable Me 2 so we took them and then went to lunch.
They were so good at the movie and Mckinley fell asleep. They did so so at the restaurant.
These two just love Mckinley! Im sure it's cause she's still the baby but I love watching them be so sweet and caring towards her.
My youngest and oldest! I just adore all the children! I love them even more when they are happy and fun!
