St. George/Oroville

After spending 5 days at the cabin we headed back to St. George.
The men spent and afternoon out shooting all their guns. Payton was so excited because he got to go with them.
He loved it!!!!
I think this family is beginning to collect too many guns.
We got to go and spend an evening at the Tuacon Theater. We got to watch a live nativity. It was a fun way to really sit back and think about the meaning of Christmas.

Christmas was a hit in St. George!!!
We drove home from Utah and Josh went back to work for 3 days. After being home for 3 days we headed up to Oroville to be with Josh's family.
During those 3 days at home we just relaxed. Scarlett decided one day that she thought this was a good outfit. She is such a silly girl!
Mckinley just being the happy little baby that she is.
During our 3 days at home my kids got sick.
Oroville was a blast like always. We got to spend time with lots of family. Brady even showed the kids his tricks with a yoyo.
We got to meet Megan. She and Joel are engaged. She are so excited to have her in our family soon.

The cheered, drank their juice and had a blast.

Utah is our second home

December was a fun month. We spent half the month traveling and visiting with most of our family members. We started the trip in Utah and stayed with my sister for a few days.
Sofia and Scarlett being silly together.

Mckinley, Sofia, and Payton playing toys together.
After being at my sisters house for a few days we headed to a cabin with the rest of my family. We spent the week before christmas there as a family.
Jared and Ashley were the first to get to the cabin after my parents. Jared being the typical goof that he is he thought his 2 wheel car could make the .5 mile drive up the hill in the snow. It did not and he got stuck. This started the crazy worry if the rest of us would make it or no. Let me just say a few things that occurred, many phone conversations, lots of driving back and forth up the hill, no more cars got stuck, and my favorite fighting among spouses. We did all eventually make it that evening and were able to sit down and relax.
Danny and Jacie. My parents got each of us the amazing hoody sweaters. We love them!
Dawson came out of a room with this on and scared the crap out of us.
We were only at the cabin for 5 days and 4 nights. I don't think we had enough food. Well we did and we had lots left over to take home.
Josh and I took the kids into the hot tub. They loved it! It was our first experience in a hot tub while it was snowing. We all loved it.
The christmas tree all decked out.
The kids made little gingerbread houses. They thought it was fun to eat the candy.
Our beautiful view from the back of the cabin.
Dad shoveling the walk way. It snowed for a full day plus some. It was perfect.
The kids enjoyed getting bundled up and going out into the snow.
Ada, Scarlett, Sofia, and Payton
The front view of the cabin. This cabin was amazing! It was perfect for our family.
Payton LOVED the snow the most. This was his first time that he remembers playing in the snow.
Ada and Payton thought it was fun to have Josh point the snow blower at them.
They had such a fun time together.
Husband Josh, Ada, Scarlett, and Payton trying to build a snow man.
The spectators in the house. They said it was too cold outside.
I had fun playing out in the snow also.

Two peas in a pod!
We got a big cardboard house for the kids to color. It was perfect for them.
Each night my parents had planned a little something for us as a family. This night they had antlers for the girls and a santa hat for Payton. We watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It was fun. We also had spiritual moments.
