Happy Thanksgiving!

The Robertson Family wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!
We are so thankful for this time of year. We are especially grateful for our Father in Heaven and Our Savior, Jesus Christ. We love being members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. What more is there?! We get to be an eternal family! Family brings both Josh and I so much joy in our lives, both our immediate families and extended. We have an amazing life! Yes we have MANY trials and HARD times, but we get through them together. They are the things that make us who we are. They make us each stronger and better people. I just can't help but think how richly blessed Josh and I both are. Many times I don't feel we deserve the continual blessings, but we still get them. We love everyone one of you! You all mean a lot! We have an amazing family and couldn't ask for anything better!
How could you not love these two little kids!!!
Just a preview into some interesting family pictures we TRIED to take for our christmas card. Just wait till you get the card. You will see!!
(if you haven't gotten a card from us and you want one send me your address)

Fish Hatchery

While we were visiting Josh's family last week we decided to take the kids to the fish hatchery. In the month of October there is a ton of salmon at this fish hatchery. We didn't get to see a ton because we went too late into the month. We did get to see a few and Payton really thought they were awesome.
Walking down to were we could see the fish
Payton looking and trying to see the fish
He couldn't believe how big the few fish that we saw were!
Scarlett was mostly there just for the ride. She didn't really care about the fish
Payton kept tapping on the window and trying to count the fish
Scarlett just wanted out of the stroller. Now that she is moving like crazy she doesn't like to be strapped down.
At the fish hatchery. It is so pretty!
Scarlett just wanted to go down to the water or at least be able to try!
She just leaned her head against the bars and was looking down. She liked that part.
When it was time to go she just didn't want to let go. She is so funny! I don't know how anyone could not love this little girl!

Trunk or Treat

Through all our costume digging Payton found his monkey costume from 2 years ago! He insisted on wearing it around the house. It was pretty funny looking because obviously it's too small for him. He loved wearing it though.
Scarlett once again in her shark costume ready to be dragged to another Halloween event.
Saturday night before Halloween our church had a trunk or treat party. We were a little late cause Josh had to work but we had a really fun time. Josh and I got dressed in our costumes again since we had taken the time to figure them out this year. We wanted to make sure we got lots of use out of them.
Josh and Payton ready for the party!
Mal and Payton ready to go!
 Scarlett and Josh.
This is the one and only picture we were able to get of all of us dressed up in our costumes. Seriously kids do NOT cooperate for pictures!
We invited out friends Lyn and her kids to come with us. They came last year and really enjoyed it so we knew they would love to come again. Lyn brought with her her mother in law, sister in law and nephew. I believe they had a good time also.
Josh being Josh and Trevor just waiting for the trunk or treat to start.
I didn't get any pictures of the actual trunk or treating, but I got this one of Payton right before it all started. The kids got to go around and get candy from all the cars. They had fun and got lots of candy.
After we got home a snapped a few pictures of Scarlett trying to show her cute little bow she did have on her costume so people knew she was a girl shark!
Halloween was a lot of fun this year. The kids had fun. I really had fun watching the excitement on our kids face! Next year will be even more fun cause Scarlett will be able to walk around with her brother.
