Memorial Weekend

We had such a wonderful weekend. We went up to Oroville for some friend and family fun. Saturday we headed to a graduation party. We had such a good time there. Payton ran around and played. He got his first bee sting while playing. It swelled up and hurt most that day, but he didn't complain too much. He was back off playing after 30 minutes or so. Sunday we got to go to church, played games, ate, enjoyed the kittens, and the kids got to have a sleep over at grandmas house.  Monday was a nice day of playing at the water park, eating, barbecuing, and going to the cemetery. We really enjoyed being with family. Payton loves playing with his cousins!!!

Grandma taught the kids a fun new game.
Ella LOVES Scarlett. Ella is always wanting to kiss her, hug her, and still loves to wave at her. She is so Cute!
The kids sleepover and grandma and grandpas house
Scarlett is getting so big and growing so fast. She is now 3 months old.
Payton really enjoyed playing in the fountains. It took him a while but eventually he was running through them instead of around them
Payton, Maddy, and Lilly playing in the fountains
Scarletts first time playing in the water
Ella was so cute drinking the water from the fountains. If you look close you can see her tongue hanging out trying to drink the water.
Payton and Jaydn playing in the fountains
We let the kids take their scooters to the park. They really enjoyed that
Grandpa, Scarlett and Josh
Me, Josh, Payton, Jaydn, Liz, Ella, Maddy, Lilly, and Kevin enjoying the hot tub
Shish-Kabobs! We Barbecued these on Monday. The kids really enjoyed them.
Payton's hot dogs.
They turned out really yummy. Josh an Kevin did a good job getting all the different meat. It was fun!

Every time we are together with cousins the kids ALWAYS have to switch cars. Payton loves riding with his cousins, and we usually get lucky and get a kid or two to come in our car.

Little Gray (the kitten) really enjoyed getting comfy in Scarletts lap.
Josh was laying on the ground and the kittens just couldn't resist climbing and playing with him. He didn't really love it, but if he had gotten up off the floor they would have left him alone.  So Little Gray climbed into Josh's pocket. The top picture shows the kitten going in and the bottom shows him settled in with his tail hanging out.

These two little kittens were found in the attic a few weeks ago. The family has been taking care of them. Honestly the Robertson's are not cat people, but these two little kittens have won them over. They are very cute and tiny, but a lot of work. The kids really enjoy them. I had to take this picture of them both sitting on Josh.

Overall it was a fun and exciting weekend with friends and family!

Utah Fun

Our Utah fun continued even after Danny got home. We had a wonderful time all being together. We did miss Josh and Dawson because they had to leave early to get back to work. We also missed Josh since he obviously couldn't be there because he is on a mission, BUT we all got to talk to him on the phone that next day after Danny got home before Dawson and Josh left. It was great being able to talk to him. We all appreciate his mission president for letting him move his mothers day phone call to the following Thursday.

These are just a couple of cute pictures of Scarlett before we left for your trip.

We began our 10 hour drive. We ended up leaving at 4am so the kids would be asleep for some of the drive.  They both were SO GOOD!!! Payton just watched movies though whole time and was so good at telling us when he needed to go potty. Scarlett mostly slept and ate. She did great!

Once we got to my parents Payton just torched the dog the whole time. He really loved following grandma around, feeding the dog treats, watching Toy Story 2, going to the park, playing with his Uncles and Aunt, and got his grandpa to make him anything he wanted. Payton and Scarlett are very spoiled in my family since they are the ONLY grandkids. (till July that is)

Danny brought us some awesome gifts. Payton got this jersey and he found the head band and wrist warmer in Danny's suitcase.

Payton bugging Calvin

Our cute little Squeaker! She totally doesn't have a one of hair.

She easily got comfortable with her Uncle Danny.
She is getting so good at smiling.

She loves her grandpa!

I had to take a close-up of Calvin. This is the dog Payton chased around, pulled him by the tail, and carried him around like a baby.

Uncle Dawson and Scarlett.

Aunt Stef andScarlett

So funny story....My brother in law Dawson won the St. George Biggest Loser Competition and for the competition they made life size cut outs of them when they started.  So Dawson kept his and brought it to my parents house. Payton called the cut out 'Big Dawson', and real Dawson was just 'Dawson'.
Side note: Dawson you did an amazing job and you look great! Keep working hard!

Another funny story...My brother came out in these shorts that he got from Ecuador and I thought for sure he had them on backwards. I laughed for a long time because seriously they looked like they were backwards.

Isn't she SO cute!

Payton put so much hair gel in his hair, and his grandpa spiked it all up.

I know this isn't the best picture of my sister but I just have to blog her. I think she is 31 weeks pregnant here! She looks so good!

This was Scarletts spot at Sunday Dinner.
