Daniel is home!

Last week was such a wonderful week. My brother came home from his mission. It was a long wait for us, but it was worth it obviously. He had been scheduled to come home on Tuesday at 11pm, but that morning the phone rang at my parents house and it was my brother calling. He had some bad news, he said his plane was broken and he was still in Ecuador. I immediately thought, "WHAT",  but was relieved that he wasn't on the plane cause if it broke while in the air that would be bad. At least he was safe.  So the whole day my parents where trying to figure out what was going on. We had no idea when he would be home at that point. That night we found out he would be home the next day at 11pm. So we waited all day Wednesday for him. We kept waiting to get a call saying he hadn't left because the airlines where saying the flight he was supposed to be on was canceled. It was a long day, but he made it in that night.

Payton loved making signs for Uncle Danny! He really enjoyed finger painting.

We all got to the airport about 11:20pm and waited for his flight to arrive. It was late of course. Payton and Scarlett were tired and Payton slept through the whole thing. I figured I might as well take pictures of us all waiting.

Finally! Here he comes! It was very exciting. He was a little nervous at first, but we broke him in.
Of course his first huge was from mom. It was a little emotional!
Jared and Danny have not seen each other for over 3 years.
The last time he saw Payton, Payton was 8 months old.

We are just missing our other brother Josh who is on a mission in Paraguay  right now.

My Grandma

This is my grandma! She is the greatest ever. She is 92 years old. She is such an example to me. She is so kind, loving, giving, and cares about everyone. I love my Grandma. We went and saw her a few weeks ago and I forgot to post this picture. Payton and Scarlett are her first and second great grandchildren. Soon the third will be here. (2 months Stef!!!)

1 WEEK!!!!

My baby brother is coming home in 1 week today from his mission. He has been gone for two years serving the Lord in Ecuador. I am so proud of him and all that he has accomplished.
These past two years so many changes have occurred in the Cambra family. One of my brothers came home from his mission, while another went out on his, I got pregnant and had another child, my dad was unemployed for over a year and just recently got a part time job, my sister got pregnant, my brother in-law won the biggest loser contest in his home town, my mom has had to work two jobs and has been such a trooper, my grandma who is 92 is still alive and doing great (she didn't think she would be), and of course Payton has changed the most. When Daniel left Payton was 8 months old. Now he is 2 and a half. The Cambra family has definitely been through a lot, but the Lord has definitely blessed us all.

These are some fun pictures of my brother Daniel. He has totally grown up over the past few years. We all are super excited to see him!

These are older pictures but just wanted to embarrass  him!

This was the day we took Daniel and Josh to the MTC. Aren't these two so cute. They are my twin baby brothers!

Daniel out serving his mission. Missionaries take some very strange pictures.

Great Job Daniel!
We can't wait to see you at the airport next tuesday! I am very excited for you to get to know your nephew and niece.
