The kid- O's

My two little angels are the best, but are definitely not the easiest at times. I love them to death and my life would not be complete without them. I watch them both grow and change every day.

Payton is getting big all the time.
HE IS OFFICIALLY POTTY TRAINED!!!! (YAHOO!!!)
For me I feel like such a successful parent. I can't believe we were able to do it. Not having to buy two different size diapers is the best. We were blessed and never had too. Thank goodness!! He also eats LIKE A CHAMP these days. He used to be very picky at times, but something changed inside him. He will try just about everything I make for dinner. He definitely keeps us on our toes everyday. We don't completely trust him with his sister yet. He just wants her to be big so she can wrestle and play with him. He totally has his very sweet and cute moments with her. He is learning his colors and getting so good. He talks like such a big kid. Last night we were on Skype with my sister and I left the room for a moment. I walk back in and Stef tells me this whole conversation the two of them had while I was gone. I just watch him at times and can't believe how big he has gotten. Life would totally be boring without him!

Scarlett of course is growing and changing all the time. She is almost 12 pounds. She wears her 3 month clothes and I have all the newborn clothes put away. She can drink out of a bottle like a champ, but doesn't get them very much because I do not enjoy pumping. She is 7.5 weeks old. She can smile sometimes, but not all the time. Her baby acne is almost gone. That makes me happy. She sleeps pretty good most the time. She tolerates her brothers roughness. A lot of people say she looks like her brother, I personally don't completely see it just yet. She has beautiful blue/gray eyes. She is definitely our little baby, and we are enjoying her so much.

Asleep on daddy. She's so cute!

Payton ALWAYS wants Scarlett to lay with him in his sleeping bag.

He's such a nerd. Someone needs to tell him tile is NOT comfortable

Both kids asleep at the same day. A dream come true!

More sleeping bag fun

He insisted she play in his tent with him.  She's a good little trooper!

There first bath together.

After church, just hanging out together

Payton loves to hold Scarlett

Isn't she SO cute?

Payton ALWAYS has to lay with Scarlett when we  get this toy out. He thought it would be fun to make a fort out of it also. She puts up with a lot!

Payton after church ready to relax

Scarlett after church, just being happy and sitting up like a big girl
Of course, MORE sleeping bag fun!

WE JUST LOVE THESE TWO KIDS SO MUCH!!!

Robertson Fun

While we were in Oroville Payton loved playing, and Scarlett got spoiled because everyone held her all day. These are just fun pictures of the good times we had.
The kids loved getting pulled on the blanket by uncle Brady. We are so glad to have uncle Brady home from his mission!!
Waiting for more blanket fun!
Playing in the rocks is always fun.
How can you just not go out in the grandparents backyard and just relax? It is so beautiful and relaxing. Payton loves the pond because there are lots of fishes.
The biggest fish!
Payton helped uncle Michael plant flowers in his planter.
Payton got a kite in his easter basket so he got to go out and use it.
He thought it was the coolest thing. It wasn't the best windy day, but Josh was able to get it up and make it stay for a little bit.
You can see the kite. I couldn't get a good picture with both the kite and Payton. Josh had it too high.
The best part was when the kite got stuck on a shingle. Josh had to climb onto the roof to get it down.
Josh running around the backyard like a crazy man to get the kite up.
Scarlett once again slept through all the fun!
Scarlett with her Uncle
Scarlett with her aunt
Gabrielle wanting to be close to Scarlett of course.

Easter Sunday

We had such a nice Easter. We were able to spend it at Josh's parents house. Payton was really able to understand what was going on this year, so he was fun to watch. In Josh's family they have the tradition that the Easter Bunny hides their easter baskets. So everyone was searching easter morning. After all the searching was done we had the opportunity to watch general conference. I have come to really enjoying watching conference.
Even though I have to kids, and life isn't always quiet, I was able to set aside the time to watch all 4 sessions. I really enjoyed them. Easter is a wonderful time of the year. I love being able to have that time when we get to study the resurrection of Our Savior. I know we can anytime, but Easter just makes it that much more special. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and I am so grateful for the atonement in my life.

Payton found his basket hidden behind the corner of the table

He was excited about all the candy.

Scarlett didn't really care all that much about her basket.

Gabriella loved being with Scarlett. Anytime Gabriella sees Scarlett she will just wave at her. It is so very cute.

The Easter Bunny gave Payton a blue ring pop. His mouth was blue most of Easter Sunday.

The Egg Hunt!
I had filled 139 plastic eggs with candy. So Sunday morning in between conference sessions we had an easter egg hunt in the grandparents backyard. The kids loved it. It was perfect timing because it started to rain shortly after we were done. It was very cold though!

They found some in the trees

Some in the flowers

Some where hidden really good. There were blue eggs in the blue flowers, and yellow eggs in the yellow flowers.

The group. Josh's brother and sister got to find some and also helped the kids find most though. The last 10 where a little tricky but they were able to find all 139 eggs.

Back inside the house counting their eggs, and checking out what was inside.

Scarlett missed out on all the fun, but she didn't seem to care.
We had such a wonderful Easter!
