Weekend Fun

This past weekend we went up to Oroville to visit with Josh's family. Brady spoke on Sunday so a lot of the family was in town. We played games, enjoyed each other, talked, and the cousins had so much fun playing together.

Everyone knows that if you go to church at 9:00am on Sunday then you spend part of your afternoon taking a nap. One room was for the nap takers and the other was for those who didn't want to take a nap.
Josh , Kelsey and Joel all pasted out.
Mindy and Shannon out.
Michael, and John out, while Braden thinks about a nap or not.
Some of the non nap takers.
Brady with two of his aunts
Brady with his nephew Bryce
Maddy and Payton playing so well together.
Payton watching Maddy and Olivia brush their teeth.
On Monday morning Josh was able to get an ab work out with his mom, two of his sisters, and a sister in law. Payton thought it was the funnest thing ever to jump on their stomachs while they were doing crunches.
Grandma was so awesome to take the kids into the hot tub. Payton didn't really love it though.
I believe this is Maddy with Payton both on Brady's shoulders.

The kids having fun in the sun out in the backyard.
Payton and Maddy being cute.
While grandma was at work Maddy, Olivia, and Payton got into her curlers. They thought it was so fun.

Payton thought it would be fun to put them in his shirt. They were being so cute and silly.
We had a wonderful time in Oroville even if for some reason Payton always seems to come home and get sick.

Brady is a RETURN MISSIONARY!

Last Wednesday Josh, Payton and I had the privilege of going to the San Francisco airport to see Brady. He had a lay over in San Francisco for 2 hours before heading off to Chico. Brady has been serving a mission in North Carolina for the last two years. We have only been able to write and he was only able to call home twice a year. We were so excited to see him. When he left Payton was about 5 months old. It took Payton a little while to get used to him, but not really too long before he was trying to always get Brady's attention. We got to hang out for about 3 hours before his plane left. It worked out kind of nice since his plane to Chico was about an hour behind.
Brady looks the same to us just older now. We were able to talk and catch up on our lives. You can tell just by talking to him that he was an amazing missionary. He has so many amazing stories.  We missed him tons, and its nice having him back home. He has grown up so much and we are so grateful for him and all his other uncles for the examples they have each set by going on a mission. This past Sunday he spoke in church and the spirit was incredible. He did such an amazing job. He was nerves at first but then after 2 minutes he was calm. He could have talked for hours I am sure. Everyone just loved listening to him. I just love to look at him and see how much his testimony has grown and how much he has grown personally. We love Brady tons and hope he knows how wonderful of a person he is.

Walking to go wait for Brady
Payton drawing Brady a picture on the sign we made
Payton entertaining himself while we wait. He thought he was the funniest thing ever.
Me just waiting!
Finally he is here!!! This picture is so sweet. Josh was so excited to see his brother.

Payton took this picture. Not too bad.
Payton is not very good at smiling, but Brady looks good!
WELCOME HOME BRADY!!!

Monday I was 37 weeks

This is just an update on my pregnancy. On Monday I was 37 weeks. We were in Oroville and went hiking on Table Mountain. It was SO fun!! The kids all did a great job hiking. I am feeling pretty good. Uncomfortable quite often but dealing. We are getting more and more exciting as the time is getting closer.
